Correctional Treatment Specialist (Community Treatment Oversight Specialist)

Responsible for the contracting process for substance abuse, mental health and sex offender treatment. Participates in developing and implementing an aggressive contract monitoring program designed to systematically assess services within the geographical area. Responsible for contract oversight, which must be thoroughly documented. Primary aspect of contract oversight for the Contract Treatment Oversight Specialist includes evaluating the quality of treatment administered by contractors, therefore must understand the dynamics of therapy to accomplish this task.
