About the role

Design and develop software for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Implement software designs using standard programming languages and tools such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Sequential Flow Chart, Powershell, Python, Perl, Java, Visual Basic. Develop, install and troubleshoot hardware and software related to automated control systems operating bulk electric generation equipment. Utilize Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming including ladder logic, and PLC hardware and development environments. Deploy network hardware and software and implements usage policies/regulations such as Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) and North American Reliability Corporation (NERC) to ensure information security and network uptime.
