Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant - Activate

VTS is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant - Activate to assist and translate new business opportunity into a successful deployment plan across VTS Activate - the platform that extends VTS into building operations and the tenant experience, including access control, visitor management, work orders, and building services. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and implementation readiness. Once an opportunity is qualified, the Solutions Consultant becomes the solutions expert alongside the Account Executive - translating a customer’s needs into a tailored Activate solution and, once the deal is won, into a complete solution design and implementation plan that hands off cleanly to the Implementation team.
