Surveillance Officer Lead

Job Description SURVEILLANCE LEAD OFFICER JOB SCOPE: Surveillance Lead Officers are responsible for understanding and responding to internal property needs. They communicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner. Surveillance Lead Officers work to ensure the safety of our guests, employees, and vendors, while ensuring assets of the property and its occupants are secure. DAILY JOB DUTIES: • Directly supervise Surveillance Officers in the absence of a Surveillance Supervisor • Assist their supervisor with employee training and department initiatives • Notify leadership, departments and/or MLGCA when required by regulation or policy • Effectively delegate work as it arrives, and ensure adequate completion of work • Use a CCTV system to monitor and review activity throughout the casino property • Work with employees within the department as well as other departments to investigate incidents • Complete typed reports/logs and preserve video as evidence • Maintain surveillan
