Korva is building the AI-native operating system for health plan administration. Self-funded health plans cover 100M+ Americans, yet third-party administrators (TPAs) run them on manual processes and legacy software. We're rebuilding that back office with AI agents that automate high-stakes operational workflows. Getting this right matters — millions of Americans' coverage depends on it. This is a broad founding engineer role: you'll design core platform infrastructure from scratch, build and ship AI agents for TPA operations, own systems end-to-end, and at times embed directly with customers to turn operational knowledge into product.
