Management Analyst

Program Management and Process Improvement: Serves as the primary Management Analyst for the 75th Force Support Squadron, providing data-driven analysis, process-improvement solutions, and administrative oversight for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) programs. Identifies inefficiencies in business, HR, and operational workflows; develops automated tools, SharePoint systems, Power Automate flows, and dashboards to streamline processes and improve accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Conducts process mapping, data collection, and trend analysis to recommend policy and procedural improvements. Leads and documents local process-improvement initiatives aligned with Air Force and AFSVC guidance; develops implementation guides and templates to enable replication at other installations. Provides statistical reports, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and workflow metrics to leadership to inform data-driven decisions.
