SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as the technical expert and program manager on all ICS IT support issues to the Command Information Officer, OT Division Head, Business Line/Support Line/Product Line managers and other managers and employees. You will administer information assurance (IA) programs to support the operation of operational technology (OT) networks or infrastructures. You will evaluate operational technology (OT) operation performance to resolve problems (e.g., excessive failures, delays, high operating costs). You will brief senior leaders on problematic trends and patterns (e.g., technology maturity, availability, costs, risks) in an operational technology (OT) program. You will write operational technology (OT) policies to define support processes and procedures. You will delegate tasks to junior employees based on work priorities and individual capabilities.
