Job Summary: As a Box Sorter, you are a key part of our logistics team, responsible for the manual inspection and sortation of materials to meet Propak standards and production goals. In this role, you will evaluate the quality of incoming boxes, preparing them for reuse through precise palletization and labeling. Pay Rate & Performance Incentives • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour (guaranteed) • Earn More with Performance: Your hourly pay can increase each week based on how many pallets you sort per hour (VPH). • Top Performers Can Earn Up To: $24.00 per hour • Quality Matters: Maintain 95% quality or higher to qualify for bonus pay.
