INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as the NETC N6 IT Procurement subject matter expert for maintenance contracts, budgets, execution, reporting, and compliance requirements. You will interpret procurement and contract-related policy and guidance to IT management, staff, customers, vendors, and prepare formal and email correspondence. You will develop and maintain contract and procurement processes, flowcharts and standard procedures. You will perform all phases of the procurement life-cycle management and personnel training processes in support of IT Programs (i.e. PIEE, WAWF, NERP, PROTRCK, CPARS, NAV-ITAS. DITPR-DON, MP ICAM, AND TWMS). You will administer procurement and contract-related policy and guidance to IT management.
