PROGRAM ANALYST

SUMMARY: PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as a Headquarters Air Force (HAF) strategic level planner and programmer, applying intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and command and control (C2) mission area expertise to analyze, develop and evaluate AF C2 and ISR programs, funding solutions, force structure solutions, manpower solutions, and major command funding strategies and prioritizations. Position requires drafting and coordinating funding options and recommendations for senior leaders to resolve AF C2 & ISR investment and sustainment challenges and serving as C2 & ISR panel operations coordinator (POC).
