About the Role & Team:
As a Sales Business Development Manager (SBDM) for Travel Agency Sales with Disney, you will be responsible for key accounts in an assigned territory. The SBDM is responsible for crafting and implementing multifaceted sales and marketing plans that drive portfolio revenue growth with additional focus on Disney Cruise Line expansion. The SBDM actively manages 10-20 large host, franchise, and cruise focused agencies in their assigned territory and identifies all independent agency top producers within this client base. While there is additional focus on Disney Cruise Line, these clients also sell all 6 domestic Disney Destinations products. Ideally, the candidate will reside in Texas, California, or Orlando.
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will report to the National Account Sales Director.
This is a Full-Time position.
