About the role
The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst is a recognized expert within FAA and is called upon to provide leadership for highly complex and challenging activities. The work of this position includes a mixture of routine and complex projects/programs based on the objectives of the major subdivision/line of business/staff offices. The Supervisor directs the work of subordinate employees for one organizational unit within ARA-100. Work usually includes routine project/program tasks based on established plans and program objectives. Supervisory duties include setting priorities; assigning tasks; monitoring and evaluating performance; coaching and developing employee capabilities; approving leave and travel; and recommending corrective/disciplinary action, as appropriate.
