About the role
As a Lead Human Resources Specialist (HR Development), you will: Act as a technical training advisor to HR Specialists and Chief Counsel managers by providing advice and information on technically complex training policies and procedures and course development activities. Analyze major facets of Chief Counsel training programs and apply evaluation models to demonstrate their effectiveness. Develop and maintain appropriate national guidelines and standards for planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, and evaluating assigned training activities. Evaluate new training initiatives or course materials developed in the field to ensure continuity with centralized courses and materials. Provide technical guidance to lower-level HR Specialists (HR Development) and review and revise material prepared by such employees.
