Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Serve as the Chief Investment Officer's (CIO) deputy by managing office operations, staff, and resources to ensure investment programs run efficiently and effectively. Provide senior investment leadership by overseeing investment policies, risk management, performance analysis, and resolution of complex investment issues. Lead the selection, oversight, and performance evaluation of external investment managers and contractors supporting the Agency's investment portfolio. Direct procurement and Request for Proposals processes to acquire investment management services and ensure contractors meet operational and performance requirements. Supervise and develop professional staff by setting priorities, evaluating performance, and fostering a high-performing, accountable investment team.
