Management & Program Analyst (Financial)

Serves as a Senior Program Analyst to top Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) management, and is responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matters, initiating and leading projects involving the evaluation of GSS programs, supporting worldwide program activities and lines of business, developing and coordinating strategic marketing and communications plans, and preparing complex reports related to the commercial marketplace. Conducts complex analytical studies that are of special interest to specific functional activities or programs, and participates in unusual, controversial and sometimes highly sensitive aspects of the program. Reviews, evaluates and manages the progress of portfolio program areas in accomplishing agency-wide objectives by appraising performance, progress, program status and trends against approved objectives and program goals and schedules.
