The Role: Opal Security’s ability to grow its team while preserving all the things we love (belief in the mission, spontaneous fun, highly skilled and hardworking colleagues) is fundamental to this next phase of growth and we need an excellent recruiter to achieve this. Thats where you come in. You’ll be our sole, dedicated recruiter reporting to our Head of People. Your focus will be on Engineering and Go-to-Market hiring, but this isn’t a siloed role. If other roles intrigue you, you’ll be encouraged to take them on and you will have the opportunity to flex into broader strategic people work as you grow.
