Student Trainee (Sales Store Checker)

Sales Store Checkers work in a military grocery store. The work is similar to a cashier or clerk at your local grocery or retail store. As a student trainee, you perform the basic, simple and repetitive checkout functions under close supervision to gain competence and proficiency in: Operating a cash register scanning system to list and total the prices of individual items purchased, Collecting payment and making correct change when required, and Changing register tape, and clearing routine equipment and scanning jams on registers.
