MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is: to provide or obtain a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operations of the organization. Directly assist the commander responsible for the management of the organization. Oversee assigned functions with managers/supervisors within the organization, Participate with management to address issues, resolve problems and provide recommendations for correcting or improving the organization's overall management. DUTIES: Provides support to management in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the 507th Air Defense Aggressor Squadron (507 ADAS) with direct oversight of unit training, readiness, and plans functions. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides supervisory counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
