THE ROLE We're looking for a Principal Product Designer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and do some of the most interesting design work in AI infrastructure right now. Guild's design team is small, flat, and full-stack - everyone ships, and everyone has real ownership over the quality of what we build. You'll work across product surfaces alongside engineers, researchers, and founders, moving fast from problem to solution without losing sight of craft. Design and product work as one team here - setting priorities together, moving in the same direction. But there's real autonomy in how you get there.
