This position is located at the G3 in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Joint Force Headquarters (State) (JFHQ-STATE) Protection Officer for Army and Air functional elements and related physical and operations security policy and issues, handling of intelligence and law enforcement sensitive information, managing assigned program areas, directing studies and reviewing, revising and implementing protection policy and projects. DUTIES: (condensed) Serves as the JFHQ-State authority and expert on all matters involving protection functional elements and integration of enabling functional requirements, policy, procedures, program status and serves as the conduit of information between the intelligence community and local state and federal law enforcement.
