Leads financial governance and accountability frameworks to ensure DNFSB resources are aligned to mission priorities, including the choice and oversight of accounting and financial management systems; Ensures that statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements are met; and that the agency's risk posture and financial audit readiness are continuously strengthened. Provides strategic direction and operational oversight across all human capital functions. Leads enterprise modernization initiatives that improve how DNFSB manages resources and delivers mission support. Leads end-to-end budget lifecycle and serves as the senior executive for resource advocacy and accountability. Maintains a high-performing, compliant, and auditable financial management program.
