Program Analyst - Recent Graduate

As a participant in the Recent Graduates Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position. Analyzes technical and/or administrative personnel programs which support mission requirements and determines program effectiveness and efficiency. Participates in or conducts studies/surveys, analyzing findings and making recommendations which support assigned mission. Participates in long-range personnel planning in support of assigned DISA programs (planning includes tracking, consolidating, and coordinating available resources relating to assigned programs). Exhibits skill in all phases of document preparation and processing, including use of word processing systems, graphics, electronic mail, and desktop publishing
