Full Stack Developer or Technical PM

Integral is a fractional CTO and AI transformation partnership for scaling businesses ($10M-$100M). We embed with clients as their technology team across strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation. These are long-term retainer partnerships, not project work. We are a team of 4 today, scaling to 6-8 by the end of 2026. We’re hiring for two roles: Full Stack Developer | Remote | Full-time (~40 hrs/week) | LATAM or US You ship features end-to-end across multiple client projects. Our clients do not have tech departments, so requirements come as business problems, not detailed tickets. You translate “customers need to see order history” into a working feature: data model, API, UI, and deployment. AI is how we operate. Our team ships faster than teams 3x our size because we use Claude Code, Cursor, and AI-assisted workflows across every phase of development.
