About the role
As a Student Trainee (Information Technology), the incumbent will work under closer supervision performing assignments and completing training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to: Assist information technology (IT) personnel in resolving hardware and/or software issues. Perform routine procedures for the operation of computer systems. Assist with system installation operation, communication, and maintenance. Maintain information assurance and information technology applications. Provide direct customer assistance involving the Internet, email, computer hardware and software, and telecommunications systems.
