Operations Manager

The purpose of this position is to supervise NAF employees that perform work in the operations of maintenance, motor vehicle, linen exchange, and logistics for lodging operations with 800 or more rooms/units. Writes, coordinates and submits AF Form 332 Base Civil Engineer Work Request, and tracks work orders to completion. Ensures safety inspections are current to include facility fire extinguisher, preventative maintenance, OSHA, and other inspections are maintained and documented. Inspects lodging facilities, rooms, common areas, grounds, equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and repairs are accomplished and/or to identify minor plumbing and electrical discrepancies sanitation problems or deteriorated paint surfaces. Ensures routine inspection and minor maintenance are performed on lodging vehicles. Establishes and maintains minimum stock levels of all expendable supplies and amenities to assure adequate inventory of items to prevent work stoppage. Establishes and maintain
