Budget Analyst

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. As a Budget Analyst at the NH-0560-4 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Provide authoritative advice on all aspects of financial management, with primary focus on budget execution, tracking and reporting. Develop, compile, and refine responses to internal and external taskings and drills. Formulate organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plans to acquire and allocate resources. Execute RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations within their characteristics, uses, applications, and structure. Execute expert knowledge of budgetary policies, processes, practices regulations and laws, principles, and procedures in order to program and budget for resources among multiple appropriations and program elements.
