About the role
Duties at the I band: The Management and Program Analyst performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under minimal direction from a project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced analyst. Acts as a contributing specialist or project manager for initiatives by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations and policies to meet established goals and objectives. Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, techniques and concepts to assess programs, recommend solutions to problems, and plan and conduct functional activities for projects and programs. Conducts research and studies to identify opportunities to improve work operations, analyzing causes of complex problems, organizing data, and recommending solutions.
