Senior Recruiter - Compliance

Mercury is revolutionizing finance for startups by building a complete, user-friendly banking* stack. It turns out, this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our team to hire exceptional Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal professionals who will help shape Mercury’s next stage of growth. As an early member on a newly formed recruiting team, you’ll partner directly with leadership and executives across Mercury’s GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) teams, and have the opportunity to run full-cycle recruiting efforts for an area of the business that is both foundational and existential to the viability of the company—without these folks and the work they do, Mercury wouldn’t exist, nor scale. You will tackle niche, complex searches by employing strategic and innovative sourcing and networking techniques, staying abreast of talent and market trends across the broader banking, financial services, an
