Major Duties: Analyzes complex projects relating to re-purposing of historic assets, re-use of vacant and underutilized VA land and buildings, prospective EUL developer proposals related to construction and renovation of buildings under the EUL authority, and provision of supportive and other services benefiting Veteran's directly or indirectly. related to construction and renovations.
