About the role
Major Duties: Analyzes complex projects relating to re-purposing of historic assets, re-use of vacant and underutilized VA land and buildings, prospective EUL developer proposals related to construction and renovation of buildings under the EUL authority, and provision of supportive and other services benefiting Veteran's directly or indirectly. related to construction and renovations. Coordinates and oversees aspects of operational EUL project oversight, representing the EUL Program with local stakeholders and others are relevant. Provides project management support for the design, construction/renovation, operation and maintenance of EUL properties to ensure OAEM short and long range program goals are met and adhere to legislative requirements.
