Vascular Access Registered Nurse (RN) execute position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. You will have advanced knowledge and skills in assessing, inserting, caring for, and managing vascular access devices, including peripheral intravenous catheters (PIV), midlines, and peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC).Typical duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: maintaining Central Venous Access Devices (CVAD) collaborating in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and/or guidelines providing peers with formal or informal constructive feedback for improvement supporting colleagues and other nurses through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality nursing care fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to the professional development of health care professionals evaluating outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practi
