Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Conduct analytical studies and management reviews to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes, applying qualitative and quantitative methods to identify trends and recommend solutions. Develop program evaluation frameworks, including identifying performance indicators, designing data collection methods, and applying statistical techniques to measure program outcomes. Evaluate program accomplishments against established goals, assessing compliance with policies and regulations, and recommending program adjustments and resource optimization strategies. Assess the projected impact of new or modified legislation on agency programs and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders across HSI, ICE, and other law enforcement agencies on studies that cross organizational lines, and presenting findings and recommendations to management throug
