Management and Program Analyst

Leads and conducts a variety of analyses related to the study and evaluation of long and short term program operations in State and county offices. Commends available and measurable tasks for use in establishing and evaluating State and county office program and service delivery accomplishments and determines appropriate measurement techniques and methods. Proposes solutions to policy and/or operational issues affecting the efficiency and quality of program operations and service delivery. Reviews new legislation and works closely with program and administrative specialists throughout the Agency to determine its impact on program operations and management at the State and county office level. Prepares recommendations and briefing papers for the Deputy Administrator and other officials detailing analytical findings, describing trends and deficiencies.
