About the role
You will perform contract management/COR duties to ensure contract compliance across all annexes, and conduct on-site inspections or reviews to evaluate contractor performance. You will monitor contractor performance (e.g., ability to deliver products, services, and systems to contract schedule and within cost) to ensure quality of work. You will inspect contractor operations to ensure compliance (e.g., applicable Naval Standards, safety requirements, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan [QASP]). You will analyze contractor's work to identify and recommend corrective action to avoid possible issues (e.g., delays, claims, inefficient performance. You will serve as primary point of contact, liaison, and negotiator between command, customers, and other government agencies to ensure execution of projects. You will oversee the business plan for the maintenance command by ensuring all policies, directives, guidance, human capital plans, budget, schedule, and facility plans are followed.
