Head of Fund Accounting

PDT Partners – a quantitative investment manager – is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Fund Accounting to lead our team through an exciting phase of transformation. In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement a strategic restructuring of our data systems, enhancing data integrity, operational efficiency, and scalability through cutting-edge technologies. You will lead and mentor the Fund Accounting team while overseeing all fund accounting operations, ensuring alignment with our mission of excellence. Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, Fund Accounting, and Treasury, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, as well as with teams across Fund Operations, Investor Relations, Legal and Compliance, Management Company, and Operational Risk. This collaborative role is ideal for someone passionate about hands-on leadership and cross-functional problem solving and impact.
