Description Position at AMBA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Awards & Recognition • Support the management and tracking of agent award programs. • Maintain and oversee Wall of Fame, Kickoff Awards, VIP & Chairman's Awards, and referral awards. • Work closely with Awards Concepts to track shipments and business card orders for winners. Event Planning & Engagement Initiatives • Coordinate and support field events such as Kickoff, SSR, Fall Trip, AEP Kickoff, and other recognition programs. • Lead event logistics, including vendor management, pre-event communications, and on-site execution. • Collaborate with sales leaders and internal teams to enhance event experiences for agents. Communication & Promotions • Develop and distribute the monthly Field Newsletter, including promotions, incentives, event updates, and new resources. • Manage cross-departmental communications, ensuring consistent and transparent updates to the field. • Create and execute field promotions and incentive campaign flyers
