Position Description # T5413P01 POSITION DUTIES: This position is located in the JFHQ-State Human Resources Office (HRO). This position is required to supervise a minimum of five (5) Human Resources Specialists and Human Resources Assistants servicing both Army and Air employees and may serve as the higher-level reviewer (second-line supervisor) where appropriate. MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
