Position Description # T0033P01 POSITION DUTIES: This position is located at the State, Territory, or DC (S/T/DC) Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) reporting to the Primary Prevention Officer. The primary purpose of this position is to directly support the development and execution of policies, programs, and procedures to implement integrated primary prevention strategies and plans which impact or relate to the primary prevention of workplace harassment and the development of healthy workplace climates and cultures (i.e., bullying, hazing, reprisal and retaliation/ maintaining and fostering unit cohesion, morale, fairness, and connectedness). Identifies risk and protective factors that lead to or protect against unhealthy or unsafe behaviors. Promote or mitigate actions relating to environmental exposure. Due to the specialty nature of these roles this position reports to the Primary Prevention Officer. MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Using issue specific expertise, acts as the program data analyst on
