NCTC Senior Data Officer

Plan and oversee NCTC data management and data governance requirements. Establish and ensure compliance with data-related policies, standards, processes, strategies, and architectures for the management and safeguarding of all NCTC data. Coordinate and fulfill all NCTC data management reporting requirements as directed by applicable laws and policies. Oversee and coordinate NCTC data-sharing and data-related agreements. Represent NCTC at Intelligence Community and ODNI data governance fora. Shape data life cycle management, education, training, and development of NCTC data professionals in collaboration with the ODNI Chief Data Officer.
