Supervisory Management & Program Analyst

The Software Delivery Facilitation Services Branch is responsible for enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) and ensuring that software is delivered to end-users across the FAA in a secure, efficient, and compliant manner. Serves as the Manager of the Software Delivery Facilitation Service Branch. Directs the work of subordinate employees for organizational projects/programs within a major subdivision. Work includes a mixture of routine and complex projects based on the objectives of the major subdivision/LOB/ SO. Defines, plans, and organizes the assigned budget, staff, and other resources to accomplish objectives for the organization's projects and programs.
