About the role
This position allows you to use your knowledge and expertise as an analyst and advisor to management on organization aspects of the assigned mission requiring the application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management and program processes and systems. This position starts at a salary of $102,415.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $133,142.00 (GS-12, Step 10). As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on major segments of administrative programs for operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Duties and responsibilities include: Analyzing and evaluating program data, business processes, and internal controls to identify impediments, redundancies, risks, and deficiencies; and formulating recommendations, optimization strategies, and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
