Vocational Nurse(CBOC Rancho Cucamonga)

The Licensed Vocational Nurse performs assignments in the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in the Rancho Cucamonga , CA location as a member of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Nurse Manager, she/he is responsible for providing direct and/or indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients. This care takes into consideration all physical, psychosocial, spiritual and cultural needs of this specific Veteran population.
