Software Engineering Director, Infrared Data Products

About the role Muon seeks a Software Engineering Director to join our Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about low-latency computer vision pipelines and products. This position is ideally hybrid at our San Jose, CA office three days per week. However, we will consider exceptional remote candidates as well at approved locations. Responsibilities • Manage an organization of managers, data scientists, and software engineers. • Lead the team in delivering an ultra-low latency, high-reliability, massive volume data processing pipeline for data from our FireSat constellation for timely updates to customers around the world. • Identify, ensure measurement of, and drive improvement of the right metrics to deliver the performance our customers need from our image processing pipelines.<
