About the role
As a Supervisory Budget Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as the principal advisor and responsible official to senior staff on matters of financial planning, management, and control which are essential to the direction and operation of the Program and Office. Coordinate the preparation, review, justification, presentation, and execution of budget. Conduct analyses of financial conditions, interpret, develop, and apply budget policies and procedures, and make specific recommendations for solving budgetary problems to ensure the organization's fiscal integrity. Execute all aspects of assigned financial management programs to include acquisition cost and schedule requirements in support of acquisition platforms to include annual and multi-year appropriations. Lead financial management and budget analysts. Develop performance standards for subordinate employees and evaluate work performance.
