POSITION: The sales associate welcomes, inspires, and celebrates members and prospective members to the studio and asks them to join. REQUIREMENTS: • Goal-oriented with an ability to ask for the sale • Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday • Excellent communication skills • A love of connecting with people and a passion for helping others achieve goals • Humble team player excited by the Row House mission • Enjoy having fun RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ask guests to book a class and to buy a membership • Influence clients
