About the role
Position: Demand Generation Principal, Via Transportation, Inc. (New York, NY) - telecommuting allowed
Duties: Develop Via’s global field marketing and public relations strategy for owned and sponsored transit- tech programs (both live and virtual) through rigorous industry research based on Via’s objectives, target markets, and annual budgets. Draft speeches and arrange interviews for Via’s top executives in order to increase Via’s brand awareness and image. Support the annual global event strategy for Via’s B2B and B2G businesses to maintain a positive public image for Via. Create campaigns and press releases to support a packed calendar of events and webinars, media, public and potential client engagements, manage the event experience, and measure results and ROI from these efforts. Manage all aspects of event coordination, including budget, event messaging, speaker submissions
