Management & Program Analyst (Data Analyst)

Serves as a data analyst with responsibility to collect, maintain, review, analyze, evaluate, report, and make recommendations on past, current, and projected data. Develops, implements, and maintains ongoing metrics, reports, user stories, requirements, and dashboards, leveraging data from various databases, to drive key business decisions by leadership. Uses data visualization, data communication, and report generation tools, such as Tableau, to prepare professional dashboards, reports, and documents. Use analytical tools and programs to create, sort, and manage data and provide recommendations and reports to senior leadership. Plans and conducts special studies and provides advice to managers and develops and evaluates policies in assigned program areas. Prepares and delivers briefings to managers on projects, findings, and recommendations and develops communication products, including content on USCIS Connect web pages.
