Management & Prog Analyst

Major duties include: Ensures that development and deployment of resources are optimally managed and administered to produce the best architecture products on time and within budget Assists the Director with managerial and program management aspects of the office including planning, budgeting and architecture control mechanisms Manages shared architecture resources across all projects administered by VHA and/or directed by VA or Federal partners Identifies and develops project and architecture management methodology and best practices and standards for team use Works with program architecture analysis and the design and programming of large architecture databases and complex multi-site, multi-source architecture datasets Manages, oversees and leads all architecture portfolio work, to include all teaming engagements Represents the group consensus and conveys the unit's findings, architecture products and recommendations in meetings and communication with other leaders, architects, progr
