Management and Program Analyst (Workforce Management)

In this position, you will act as an advisor to management and providing oversight and analysis on a variety of programs and policies related to workforce management. This includes assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of OFO workforce management efforts in resolving complex problems related to position management, performance management, and recognition. This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10). Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection.
