The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to provide competent and effective maintenance support to our plant operations. Job Duties and Key Responsibilities Perform skilled maintenance and repair of production systems, including mechanical and electrical (may include structural tasks e.g., lighting, plumbing). Maintain, troubleshoot and complete preventative tasks on production lines and batching equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work meets Quality, GMP, and safety standards. Manage contractors, track their activities, and generate purchase requisitions as needed. Operate forklifts and high-reach equipment safely after completing required training.
