About the role

You will provide technical guidance and identify training needs. You will assign emergency management work to team members in accordance with individual strengths and competencies. You will collaborate with other organizations (e.g., federal, state, local jurisdiction) to coordinate current and future safety, fire, and emergency services. You will determine gaps in application of emergency management communications resources based on statistical data of historical incidents and loss. You will develop, review, and modify as necessary all emergency management policies, procedures and plans to ensure they are current and relevant to all hazards, threats and capabilities. You will coordinate all-hazard exercises to determine Emergency Operation Center (EOC) staff readiness.
